About
Fourteen years of building for Indian businesses
Troika Tech Services started in 2012 and works from Mira Road East, Mumbai. We run social media, public relations, search and paid media for businesses that want to know what their marketing actually returned.
How we work
Four things we do differently, and why
None of these are revolutionary. They are just uncommon enough to be worth stating plainly.
We agree what an enquiry is worth first
Before any plan, we ask what a good lead is worth to you. Without that number no report means anything, and a great deal of agency reporting avoids the question precisely because the answer is inconvenient.
We separate fee from media spend
Every quote states what is our fee, what goes to Meta or Google, and what is GST. It makes us directly comparable with anyone else, which is the point of doing it.
We say when something is not working
A format that is not landing gets stopped rather than quietly repeated. The alternative is billing for activity, which is easier and worse.
You own everything
Ad accounts, pages, analytics and the work itself are in your name and stay with you. An agency holding your ad account is telling you something about how the relationship ends.
Where we are
Mira Road East, and why that matters
Most of the work runs over calls, video and WhatsApp. Being in Mumbai changes the parts that cannot.
Because we are here
- Shoots happen at your premises rather than from a brief
- We can sit in your office when something needs working through
- Press events and journalist meetings are possible
- We know the catchments, the commutes and the seasons
Working with us from elsewhere
- Most clients outside Mumbai never need an in-person meeting
- Approvals, reviews and reporting all run remotely
- Shoots can be arranged in your city when they are needed
Languages
Marketing in the language the customer actually speaks
For most Mumbai audiences the content that performs is not in formal English, and subtitling it afterwards is not the same thing.
Hindi
The broadest reach, and the default for most consumer campaigns across the city.
Marathi
Where local trust is built. Frequently the difference between being seen and being believed.
Gujarati
Essential across large parts of Mumbai trading and business communities.
English
B2B, professional services, and anything aimed outside the state.
In practice most scripts mix two of these, because that is how people actually talk. We write for that rather than against it.
Come and see whether we are a fit
Send us what you sell and what you are spending now. The first useful conversation costs nothing.
