LinkedIn, Mumbai

A LinkedIn marketing agency in Mumbai that posts as a person, not a logo

For B2B and professional services, LinkedIn is usually where the enquiries that actually close begin. And on LinkedIn a named founder consistently outperforms a company page, which changes how the work has to be done.

The problem

Why company pages underperform

Most B2B businesses post from the brand, get almost no reach, and conclude LinkedIn does not work for their sector.

What a company page gets

  • Low organic reach by design
  • Announcements nobody asked for
  • Comments from staff and nobody else
  • A feed that reads like a press release archive

What a person gets

  • Far wider distribution for identical content
  • Replies from actual prospects
  • Conversations that become meetings
  • A reputation that survives a job change

This is uncomfortable for some businesses, because it means the asset is attached to a person. It is still true, and working against it costs more than working with it.

How we run it

Ghostwriting that still sounds like you

The founder supplies the thinking. We supply the time, the structure and the discipline to keep it going.

01

A monthly interview

Thirty to forty minutes recorded. What annoyed you this month, what a client got wrong, what you changed your mind about. That conversation is the raw material for everything.

02

Drafting

Turned into posts in your voice, with your examples and your opinions. Approved by you before anything publishes.

03

Publishing

Two to three posts a week, at times your audience is actually on the platform rather than whenever the queue runs.

04

Comments

The part that decides reach. Replies written for you to approve, and genuine enquiries flagged straight to you.

Content

What actually earns reach on LinkedIn

The platform rewards things people stop for, and punishes things that look like marketing.

An opinion

Something a reasonable person could disagree with. Posts nobody could argue with get read by nobody.

A real number

Data from your own business is the rarest content on the platform, and the most credible.

A specific story

A client situation, anonymised. Concrete beats abstract every time, and the details are what people remember.

What does not work: company milestones, festival graphics, conference photographs with no point attached, and anything that reads as though it were written by a committee.

FAQs

LinkedIn marketing: common questions

Should we post from the company page or the founder?

The founder, with the company page used for credibility rather than reach. A person's post reliably travels further than identical content from a brand. If several people in the business can post, better still.

How much of the founder's time does this take?

Roughly half an hour a month for the interview, plus a few minutes to approve drafts and comments. If a service needs more than that from you, it is not really ghostwriting.

Is this not dishonest?

The thinking is yours and nothing publishes without your approval. It is the same arrangement as a speechwriter. What would be dishonest is inventing opinions you do not hold, which we will not do.

How long before it produces enquiries?

Usually three to four months of consistent posting. LinkedIn works by accumulation: people read for weeks before they ever message. The enquiries, when they come, tend to arrive already warm.

Does LinkedIn work for B2C?

Rarely worth the effort. If your customer is a consumer, Instagram and Facebook are where they are. LinkedIn earns its place for B2B, professional services, recruitment and anything with a long considered sale.

Do you do LinkedIn ads too?

Yes, though they are expensive per click compared with Meta. They make sense for tightly defined job titles and industries, where the precision justifies the price. For most Mumbai businesses organic founder content delivers more for less.

Who in your business should be posting?

Tell us, and what they actually know. That is the whole brief.
